"You" is defined as specified in this policy, and we regard your privacy preferences as our top priority. This Privacy Policy is designed to clearly explain how your personal information is collected, stored, and used when you interact with our game (hereinafter called the "Application"). We urge you to read this policy completely to understand our privacy practices. Your use of our services or opening of the Application constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined herein.

Methods of Collecting Information

l  Automatic In-App Data Collection: Our internal systems will automatically gather the information detailed below as soon as you launch the game. This data collection process fully complies with the terms of this privacy policy and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

l  Data Collection from Third-Party Platforms: If you download and install the game through an external platform (such as the Google Play Store), we may receive certain information about you from that platform. Such information may include your device ID and app download records. Importantly, this type of data collection is carried out in line with the privacy rules and legal obligations of each respective third-party platform.

Information Collection and Usage

l  Device & Network InformationTo optimize your in-app experience, we collect device and network data corresponding to your app interactions, privacy preferences, and used features. The collected content may include SDK/API versions, system types (Android or iOS), time records, app identification codes, unique device identifiers, manufacturer details, OS versions, language & location settings, time zone information, network connection status (such as Wi-Fi access), Google Play release records, ad loading modes, advertising platforms and ad delivery IDs. Your device¡¯s Android ID, classified as personal data, is applied to track advertising behaviors inside the app.

l  In-App Statistics CollectionWe gather various game-related data metrics, including click counts, landing page details, browsing records, opened applications, permission statuses, function verification results, installed app quantities, app package names and brands, network connection types (Wi-Fi or mobile data), firebase_device_id, device models, SIM card registration countries, system languages and advertiser cookies. All data will be securely transmitted to authorized third-party analysis platforms including Firebase, Facebook Analytics, as well as our internal ECS data system.

l  Network Relevant DataWhen your game connects to the internet, we will collect your network type (Wi-Fi or cellular data) and IP address. This operation ensures the stable running of the game¡¯s network functions.

l  Personalized Advertising DataYour Android advertising ID is used to deliver customized ads, and this identifier is only for advertising and data analysis purposes. It contains no sensitive personal content, will not be linked to user real identity, and has no connection with permanent device IDs such as SSAID, MAC address and IMEI.

l  Data Obtained from Third-Party SDKs. The integrated third-party SDKs may access the following information:

n  Google AD ID: Used within Google¡¯s advertising service ecosystem

n  Device Data: Including device model, specifications and service countries

n  Anti-fraud Data: Applied to identify invalid ad clicks and fraudulent behaviors

n  Demographic Data: Acquired through IP address analysis

n  Advertiser Cookies: Files stored on your device or accessible to advertising partners

All above SDKs are managed by their official providers. Our monetization partners cover Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource, AppLovin, Vungle, Unity, Fyber, Amazon and Pangle; analysis service providers include Firebase and Facebook Analytics. You can check third-party privacy policy links in the designated "Third-Party Links" section.

Information Security & Protection Measures

Protecting users¡¯ personal information is our core priority. We adopt reasonable protective measures and encryption tools to prevent data loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification and damage risks.

l  Encryption Mechanism: Personal data is encrypted during storage and transmission to guarantee complete security in network transmission

l  Access Control: Only officially authorized staff can view and process personal information under strict rules; all access behaviors are fully recorded and reviewed regularly

l  Security Maintenance: Our game systems and servers will conduct regular security inspections, with vulnerabilities fixed timely via patches, to defend against hacking attacks and malware intrusion risks

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

As mentioned above, our personal data processing complies with the regulations of this privacy policy, supported by the following legal grounds:

l  User Consent: We will process relevant data only after obtaining your permission in specific scenarios, such as enabling non-essential cookies or sharing data with third parties for advertising. Providing such data may be required to unlock all app functions; partial features may fail to work normally without relevant information

l  Contractual Obligations: Data processing is necessary to fulfill our service contracts with users, including verifying user identity and providing requested services. For example, we will process your registration information to ensure accurate service delivery

l  Legal Compliance: We will conduct data processing when required by relevant laws and regulations, such as keeping financial accounts in line with accounting standards and submitting mandatory information to law enforcement authorities

l  Legitimate Interests: We may process data based on legal business needs to maintain user relationships, such as sending updates of new features or service adjustments. Meanwhile, data processing helps secure our services, protect user information and internal systems, and optimize products by analyzing user feedback

Your Privacy Rights

In accordance with applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

l  Right to Revoke Consent: If we process your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to revoke that consent at any time. Revoking consent will not affect the legality of any data processing that occurred before the revocation, nor will it impact third-party processing activities supported by valid legal grounds.

l  Right to Access and Rectify (Pursuant to Applicable Laws): Under relevant laws and regulations, you have the legal right to access the personal information we hold about you and correct any inaccuracies in it.

l  Rights to Access and Rectify Information: You may request a copy of the personal information we have on file for you. We will provide this copy promptly and free of charge, unless legal provisions require us to collect applicable fees. If granting your access request would infringe on the rights of others, we may impose reasonable restrictions. Additionally, if you cannot modify your information directly through our services, you may submit a request to have it corrected or updated.

l  Right to Request Erasure: You may demand the deletion of your personal information in the following circumstances:

n  The information is no longer needed to fulfill the original purpose for which it was collected or processed.

n  The processing of the information was originally based on your consent, which you have since revoked.

n  You have objected to the processing of your information, and we lack compelling legitimate interests to continue such processing.

l  Right to Restrict Processing: You may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in the following scenarios: Restricted data will only be processed with your explicit consent, to support legal claims, to protect the rights of others, or for significant public interest. We will promptly notify you when any restrictions on your data are lifted.

n  You dispute the accuracy of your personal data (we will limit processing during the verification period, which may temporarily disrupt related services).

n  The processing of your information is unlawful, and you prefer to restrict processing rather than request full deletion.

n  We no longer require the information for our original purposes, but you need it to pursue or defend legal claims; or we are assessing whether our legitimate interests take precedence over your rights.

l  Right to Object to Processing: If the processing of your personal information is based on your consent, a contractual obligation, or our legitimate interests, you have the legal right to object to such processing at any time. However, we may continue processing if it is necessary to address legal claims or permitted by applicable laws.

l  Notification to Third Parties: If we have shared your personal information with third parties, we will inform those parties of any requests you make to correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data¡ªunless doing so is technically unfeasible or would impose an excessive burden. Upon your request, we will also disclose the identities of these third parties.

l  Protection Against Automated Decision-Making: Unless exempted by law, you have the right to avoid decisions that are based solely on automated processing (including profiling) and that have legal effects or significant impacts on you.

l  Right to Data Portability: If the processing of your personal information is based on a contractual agreement, your consent, or automated processing methods, you may request that we provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. If technically feasible and without harming the rights of others, we will also transfer your data directly to another data controller at your request.

l  Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, please contact us at yousufahmadjibon23@gmail.com¡ªwe will address your concerns promptly. You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your place of residence, place of work, or the location where the alleged violation occurred.

l  Right to Object to Data Processing: If we do not have a valid legal basis for processing your personal data, you may request that we stop this activity immediately.

l  Right to Data Portability: You may ask us to provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, which is designed to facilitate easy transfer to another party or independent management.
