Privacy Policy for Pop Animals Block

Updated on November 12, 2025

We hold your privacy choices in high regard, and throughout this document, you will be referred to as "you." This privacy policy has been thoughtfully formulated to offer you a thorough yet straightforward explanation of how we collect, store, and utilize your personal information when you interact with our game—consistently called the "Application" herein. It is crucial that you read this policy carefully to fully grasp our privacy principles and practices. By opening the Application or utilizing any of our services, you are consenting to the terms outlined in this privacy policy.

Information Collection and Usage

1. Game-Related Data

We gather various types of data linked to your in-game activities. This encompasses metrics like your click count, navigated landing pages and content, app launch logs, permission settings, feature performance status, number of installed applications, app package names, device brands, network connection status, firebase_device_id, device model, SIM card’s country of origin, system language, and advertiser-accessible cookies. All this data is shared exclusively with certified third-party analytics platforms: Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and our internal data statistics system (ECS).

2. Device-Related Information

To enhance your app experience, we collect details about your device and network connection. The specific information gathered depends on factors such as your app interaction methods, privacy settings, and used features. This may include SDK/API version, platform type, timestamps, app identifier and version, unique device ID, manufacturer, operating system version, language, time zone, and network status (e.g., Wi-Fi). We also track the app’s listing status on Google Play, ad-loading strategies, advertising platforms, and ad delivery IDs. Data collected via your device’s Android ID is stored to monitor in-app ad-related activities, and we classify this as personal data.

3. Advertising-Related Information

We use your Android advertising identifier to deliver personalized advertisements, and this identifier is solely for advertising and analytics purposes. Notably, it contains no sensitive data that could individually identify you or link to your personal details. It is not associated with permanent device identifiers such as SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI.

4. Network-Related Information

When you connect to the internet while playing the game, we collect details about your network type (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data) and IP address. This helps ensure the stable operation of the game’s network connections.

5. External Monetization and Analytics Data

l  Third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) integrated into our apps may access certain user information, including:

l  Google AD ID: Used within Google's advertising ecosystem.

l  Device data: Such as device type, technical specifications, and the country where services are accessed.

l  Fraud-prevention data: To detect click fraud and uphold the integrity of the advertising system.

l  Demographic data: Derived from IP address analysis, offering insights into location-based trends.

l  Advertising, marketing, and analytics data: Utilized by third-party SDKs to optimize campaigns, conduct research, and analyze user behavior.

l  Advertiser-accessible cookies: Stored on your device or retrievable by advertisers.

l  The data collected by these SDKs is governed by their respective providers. Third parties include monetization partners (e.g., Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, IronSource) and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Facebook Analytics, our internal systems). Links to their privacy policies are available in the "Privacy Policies of Third-Party Partners" section for your reference.

Legal Bases for Personal Data Processing

Our data handling aligns with the purposes stated in this policy and is supported by the following legal foundations:

1. Contractual Requirements

Processing personal data is often necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, enabling us to provide the services you have requested and verify your identity (e.g., processing registration information to grant access to our services).

2. Legal Obligations

We process data to comply with laws and regulations, such as maintaining financial records in line with accounting standards or disclosing information to law enforcement when legally required.

3. Legitimate Interests

We process data to manage our relationship with you (e.g., sending service updates), enhance service security, and share product-related information to improve our offerings based on user feedback.

4. Customer Consent

In certain instances, we only process data with your permission, such as placing non-essential cookies or sharing information for advertising purposes. Some services or features may rely on this data processing to function properly.

Information Collection Approaches

1. Automatic In-Game Data Gathering

When you launch the game, its internal system automatically collects the aforementioned information, in compliance with this policy and relevant laws.

2. Third-Party Platform Data

If you download the game through a third-party platform (e.g., the Google Play Store), we may receive limited information (such as device identifiers, download history) in accordance with the platform’s privacy policies and legal requirements.

Information Security and Protection

We prioritize the security of your personal information through reasonable measures, including encryption, to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. Encryption is applied during data storage and transmission to ensure its integrity during network transfers. Strict access-control policies restrict data access and processing to authorized staff, with detailed access logs maintained and regular audits conducted. Game systems and servers undergo routine security assessments to address vulnerabilities and safeguard against threats like hacking or malware attacks.

Your Rights

1. Right to Revoke Consent

You may withdraw your consent for data processing based on your permission at any time. This does not invalidate any prior lawful data processing or impact actions taken by third parties before consent was revoked.

2. Right to Access and Amend

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us.

3. Rights of Access and Rectification

We will provide a free copy of your personal information upon request, unless legally permitted to charge a fee for this service. Access to such information may be restricted if it would harm others’ rights. Additionally, you may request correction of any inaccurate information if unable to update it directly through our services.

4. Right to Erasure

You may request data deletion in the following cases:

It is no longer needed for the original collection purpose.

The processing was based on consent you have since withdrawn.

You object to the processing, and we have no overriding legitimate reasons to continue.

5. Right to Restrict Processing

You may restrict processing in scenarios such as:

Questioning the accuracy of processed data (processing is limited during verification, which may affect service access).

Opposing illegal processing and requesting restriction instead of deletion.

Needing data for legal claims after we no longer require it, or while we assess whether our legitimate interests override your objections.

Restricted data will only be processed with your consent, for legal claims, to protect others’ rights, or for public-interest reasons. You will be notified when restrictions are lifted.

6. Right to Object to Processing

If data processing is based on your consent, a contract, or our legitimate interests, you may raise an objection under applicable laws. We may only continue processing if necessary for legal claims or as permitted by law.

7. Notification to Third Parties

When we share your data with third parties, we will notify them of your requests for data correction, deletion, or restriction (unless impractical). We will disclose the identities of these third parties upon your request.

8. Automated Decision-Making

Unless legally exempt, you have the right to avoid decisions based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that have legal or significant impacts on you.

9. Data Portability Right

If data processing is based on a contract, your consent, or automation, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format. We will directly transfer the data to another controller if technically feasible and not harmful to others’ rights.

10. Right to File a Complaint

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, please contact us at yousufahmadjibon23@gmail.com for a prompt resolution. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, employment, or where the alleged violation occurred.

3. Data Retention Arrangements

We may retain personal data for an extended period if you have consented and not withdrawn that consent. Additionally, legal obligations or official directives may require longer retention. Once the game ceases operation, all personal data will be permanently deleted.

4. Handling Your Requests

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If an extension (up to 90 days) is necessary, we will notify you via email, phone, or other electronic means, explaining the delay reason. Generally, we do not charge fees for processing or responding to such requests. However, if a request is excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded, we may impose a fee. In such cases, we will first explain our decision and provide a cost estimate before proceeding.

5. No Discrimination Policy

Exercising your CCPA rights will not result in unfair treatment. This means we will not refuse service, charge different prices or rates, or provide lower-quality or varying levels of service. Your CCPA rights do not affect your service terms.

6. Notice Regarding Minors' Data Collection

Our services are not intended for individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in this age group.
